Our venue blends the elegance of professional event planning with the serene beauty of the Slane Castle Estate. Your celebration can take place in our beautifully restored rustic hay barn, where fairy lights and natural textures set the perfect backdrop for your reception.
Whether you’re planning an intimate gathering or a grand celebration for over 200 guests, we provide everything you need to create a seamless day — from crisp linens and elegant décor to a fully stocked bar to keep spirits high and glasses full.
Your ceremony can be as traditional or as personal as you wish. Choose from charming local churches in nearby Slane Village or hold a humanist or spiritual ceremony beneath the towering sycamores in our Glamping Grove, protected by a spacious stretch tent (included in the venue hire).

At Rock Farm Slane, food is crafted with love and care. Our organic farm and in-house culinary team create unforgettable feasts using home-grown beef, pork, turkey, and seasonal vegetables.
We specialise in spit-roast pig and BBQ-style menus, but also offer beautifully curated vegan and vegetarian options to ensure every guest is catered for with flavour and flair.
Boutique Glamping:
As a gold-certified Ecotourism Ireland destination, Rock Farm Slane offers a unique mix of guest and bridal accommodation. The romantic Swallow’s Nest strawbale cabin is complimentary for newlyweds on their wedding night.
Our boutique glamping experience includes:
5 luxurious yurts
2 charming shepherd huts
5 elegant bell tents (available June to September)
We can accommodate up to 100 guests, with additional space for bell tents, campervans, and caravans for those who want to extend the celebration under the stars.
Located next to the Hay Barn, The Lime House is perfect for the bridal party. It’s an ideal spot to prepare for the big day, host pre-wedding gatherings, or enjoy a relaxed day-after brunch.
