From the outside, it may look like a quaint country pub, but step through the doors and you’ll discover one of Ireland’s most enchanting wedding settings—perfect for couples who want something relaxed yet extraordinary.
Conveniently located just over an hour from both Dublin and Galway, with easy access from the M6, The Village Barn is as accessible as it is stunning. With space to accommodate up to 180 guests and plenty of quirky accommodation options nearby, it’s the ideal spot for an unforgettable celebration. Our experienced wedding team works closely with each couple to bring their dream wedding to life.
Willie’s Bar is the heart of the venue—a cosy, traditional Irish pub brimming with character. With its original stone walls, open fire, snug corners, and shelves lined with history, this warm and welcoming space has been the setting for countless celebrations over the years. A creamy pint of Guinness here is second to none, and our much-loved barman Junior is always ready with a friendly chat, a whiskey recommendation, and perhaps even some wise words.
It’s the perfect place for your guests to relax with a pre-ceremony drink, catch up, and soak in the atmosphere before the main event begins.
For the all-important “I do’s,” The Sanctuary provides a breathtaking setting. Reached by a tree-lined walkway, this intimate ceremony space has the feel of a traditional chapel, complete with ornate pews, stained-glass windows, and beautiful natural light all year round.
Licensed for civil ceremonies, blessings, and partnerships, The Sanctuary is fully equipped with a PA system, giving couples complete freedom to choose their music. Whether it’s a soloist or a small group, the space creates an unforgettable backdrop for a deeply personal and meaningful ceremony.
After the vows, celebrations continue in The Orangery—a charming spot for pre-dinner drinks and canapés. With exposed stone walls, a roaring fire in winter, and a sunlit patio for summer evenings, it strikes the perfect balance of rustic charm and comfort. The space flows seamlessly between indoors and outdoors, allowing your guests to mingle, relax, and take in the scenic countryside views.
